When will the Conference take place and where is it located?

The Annual Conference 2026, will take place on Tuesday 27 October - Thursday 29 October 2026. It will be held at the Sofitel Brisbane Central, Brisbane, Queensland, located at 249 Turbot St, Brisbane City QLD 4000.

How can I register? What are the registration rates?

Early Bird Registration is available from June 2026. Standard rates will apply from 17 August 2026. Please visit the registration page or deadlines, rates, and other registration information. 

Am I eligible for the member rate?

All current financial members are eligible for member rates. If you have a question about your membership status, please email the Membership Team on info@engagementinstitute.org.au to enquire, or call 1300 ENGAGE (1300 436 424) or NZ: 0800 ENGAGE (0800 436 424).

I only want to attend one day of the conference, is that possible?

Yes, one-day conference registration is available. Please note that your registration is valid only for sessions and events on that day and badges will be actively checked throughout the conference to ensure that participants have registered properly. One-Day Registration will not include access to the Welcome Reception or the Engagement Excellence Awards Gala Dinner. 

How can I submit a session idea or topic for the programme?

What support is available for accessibility needs and additional requests?

Individuals wanting to participate in one session must register for a one-day pass for that day; Engagement Institute does not allow unregistered attendees to come to sessions or other conference events.

When can I register for the Site Tours and Workshops?

Registration for the site tours and workshops will open in September. Please note, workshops are an additional cost. Limited spaces are available for workshops and site tours.

I just want to attend the site tour. Is that possible to do without registering for the conference?

Individuals wanting to participate in our site tours must be registered for the conference with either a full conference registration or day registration; Engagement Institute does not allow unregistered attendees to come to site tours or other conference events.

I just want to attend the workshops. Is that possible to do without registering for the conference?

Individuals wanting to participate in our workshops are not required to be registered for the full conference; however, you must register and pay for your chosen workshop in advance. Workshop registration will open to conference attendees first, and on-the-day registration won’t be accepted.

Accommodation

Accommodation at the Sofitel Brisbane Central, The Inchcolm or CLLIX Brisbane Central Apartments can be secured as part of the registration process.
